Terms of service & Policies

The policies below are intended to provide clear expectations for the therapist/client relationship. We are all humans and any issues that arise will be considered on a case-to-case basis with these guidelines as a framework.

Payment
Payments are required at the time of service. We accept cash, Venmo, and visa/mastercard.

Travel parameters
Our mobile service area is considered to be anywhere within 15 miles of Glacier, WA. If you are outside of the service range, you can contact us by email to request an appointment and we will consider based on location and availability.

Late arrival
I will arrive approximately 10 minutes before the scheduled start time to allow for set up and intake paperwork as needed. If you are not home when I arrive, I will wait for 15 minutes before leaving and consider the session a “no-show”. The session will end at the designated time regardless of the late start. In the event that I am late, and if both our schedules allow, I will stay to ensure the full session is completed. If our schedules do not allow, your session will be discounted according to the amount of time missed or fully refunded if an insufficient amount of time remains to complete a satisfactory massage.

Cancellations
If you need to cancel an appointment, please give a minimum of 24 hours notice so that there is an opportunity for that time slot to be filled by someone else.
If appointments are canceled less than 24 hours before the start time of an appointment, 50% of the session costs will be collected. Repeat occurrences will result in collection of full-service fees and an end to our therapeutic relationship.

No shows
If you miss a scheduled appointment with no notice, you will be charged the full amount for the session. Repeated occurrences will result in an end to the therapeutic relationship.

Inappropriate behavior
Any crossing of boundaries, sexual advances, or generally inappropriate behavior will result in termination of the session and/or therapeutic relationship at any time. The client is still responsible for paying the full price of the session.

Insurance/HSA
We do not currently bill medical insurance, however, we are happy to provide you with an invoice/Superbill that you can submit to your insurance/HSA for reimbursement.

Oils
We use an unscented, hypo-allergenic, and chemical-free blend with 100% certified organic ingredients. Please let us know ahead of time if you have any allergies and need us to provide a different oil.
Ingredients: Certified Organic Expeller Pressed Safflower Oil (Certified Organic Carthamus Tinctorius), Certified Organic Expeller Pressed Sunflower Oil (Certified Organic Helianthus Annuus), and Vitamin E(Mixed Tocopherol).
